Be fair to everyone

I was doing some research on paid per post companies. I tried to type the word paidpostingtools on Yahoo and have found a project from Scriptlance that wants some new project management software to be made for them at the budget of only $100 - $400. Seeing the price for programming a software like that I thought that they must have been crazy because I myself have been programming some software and I know how hard to make one. I tried to look at the date and found out that the order was made on way 2006 by a paid posting company called Forum Fairy. I have known it for quite awhile now because I have already found it back on December when I was only starting out on making money online. I have not joined them since the pay is too little. They will pay you $0.10 per post. My rate is $0.15 to $0.20. There is no way that I will be working at that rate.

Going back to our topic, it seems that no one like to do the job because no one has made a bid of it. I thought of leaving the site since it has nothing to do with my research. After browsing other sites I notice another project and this time it is from Getafreelance that has the exact job that was posted on Scriptlance. This time the price is much higher than before and it got some people interested on the job and has bid for it.

You may have been asking why I have written about this. The answer is simple those guys that are offering their service on sites like Scriptlance and Getafreelance are just regular people who are searching some ways to make money online. Now, if you want some job to be done then you can depend on them if the price is right. Letting someone to work for you is the best thing that you could do because you could work more on your project and thus earn more from it. Just remember that you should always to be fair on those people who are working for you.

If you are fair on everyone that is working for you then you would find out someday that your site would become big. This is because most of the people that are working for you would get the noise out. No one will do their job right if you are frying them on their own oil. If the person that is working for doesn’t do their job right then your business will be affected and thus that will be your downfall.
