It seems that the partnership between the Entrecard and Sezwho has its advantage and at the same time some disadvantage too. I’m sure that a lot of bloggers are now enjoying the features that Sezwho incorporates to your blog, whoever I couldn’t say the same thing to the ones who upgraded their dashboard to Wordpress 2.6 that is launched recently. They aren’t supporting it.

At first, I was very happy to find a way to know a bit more about my commentators and have tried to avail of this feature by giving them the information they needed but I was disappointed because I couldn’t use the said feature because they are only supporting Wordpress 2.6. So, my application on their service is hanging right now. Why should I avail of the service when it won’t work on my blog? What’s the point?

I’m just hoping that they would be creating a new version that supports Wordpress 2.6, I’m sure that many will be availing of their service once they do so.

I’m sure that many of you has already receive a copy of this letter which I’m about to tackle. Entrecard has announced that they would be banning those who have some quick drop page on heir site. I have created a quick drop page for my account and now I have take it our when I have receive the email from them. I would be so foolish to get my account banned just for receiving a few credits. While it is true that those quick drop pages has been a menace to Entrecard, I think that they are acting just a way off because those quick drop pages has help many Entrecard users to earn more credits and thus get more traffic to their sites. The email said that starting July 1, they will be banning those who have them on their site. For those, who are dropping some credits on the quick drop pages would be getting some penalty for doing so.

I believe that they who have those quick drop pages on their site but I don’t think that they have a clue on who are dropping on those sites. I think that it is just bluff, so that users wouldn’t drop on them anymore. I have been a quick drop dropper for more than a month now and I could say that it has helped me to earn more credits quickly. If they will be giving me some penalty for dropping credits on those quick drop pages then I would have to settle for other ways to get some traffic on my site. Entrecard is not the only place where you can get lots of free traffics. I think that I would be focusing more on Mybloglog and on Twitter. I have not yet to work on these two social sites so I guess that this would be the time to do so.

Entrecard has just developed more ways to earn credits from tehm, now we have the options of buying. We all know that it is too hard to click all day to get those 300 credits limitation a day. From now on, you will see a”Buy Credits” link on your dashboard. The problem is that the credits that sold are very limited on a daily basis. The credits are sold on a first come, first sold basis. You may have to wait for tomorrow if you aren’t fast on buying them.

Another way is to write a blog post on your own blog. You will be earning 25 credits every three days, so don’t worry about writing on your blog every day. You can write just like before. This is handled by RSS feeds so you don’t need to submit it every time you have published an article.

I think that this will be the greatest way to earn credits because you could earn up to 2,000 credits in a day. All you have to do is writing for Entrecard’s blog. You must have some unique idea for them to publish your content and get your credits. The credits depend on how good your writing is. The procedures are as follows.

1. Send a message for Graham at graham@entrecard.com. If he likes it then he will be creating an account for you at Entrecard so that you can login anytime and write your post.

2. Submit your post for review by clicking on the “Submit for review” button. It will go to the hands of Phirate and Graham for review.

3. Get your credits once they have approved your writings.

I’m glad that I have tried this because it will save some money on advertising my blog. Perhaps I’m going to combine this with the ppc advertising for better results. Back on the topic. Another thing that I would want to add is that some people think that once they are dropping some cards on other blog, they thought that their ads will show up. This is not the case at all because you are merely giving your business card to the person. He/She will not advertise it for you. If you want to advertise then got to that “Campaign” tabs and click on the world “advertise here” on any blogs that you may find with the same niche as yours.

When I first joined entrecard 3 month’s ago, I was so happy that they are sending me some traffic even if I’m not using the credits that have gotten when someone is advertising on my site. I thought that this will do me some favors because I was thinking of suing my advertising credit on a blog contest that I’m planning to have this year. It turns out that when I am not advertising the credits that is needed to advertise on my site will not grow and I also heard some cases that their credits to advertise on their blogs are decreasing because of no participation from the owners. It seems that the more you participate on the site the better you will get some traffic to your site. This is always true to social sites. Not participating on the activities will only mean that you are just wasting your time with them.

When I have found out about this just this month, I decided to use my credits to advertise and I have notice that whenever I advertise I also gain some credits. Although, it is just 1 credit. Those credits will add up to become bigger. I decided to 10 droppings a day to help get some visitors to my site, I notice in my dashboard that I get more visitors when I advertise compared to those time that I’m not advertising. Besides, this is a free way to advertise your site, you don’t need to get into the PPC market when you are just starting, and you can get a free advertising from this site.
