Every now and then we get ourselves in awful situation but the real deal here is how we handle things. I just got an argument with one of my co-employee because of our jobs. I have mentioned several times that I’m working as a forum poster on this blog. I tried to answer her post with all of my knowledge but sadly she treated it as non-relevant to the topic which she has posted. She has says a lot of bad things on me which got me all fired up. I don’t like to argue with a girl but this one is really getting into my nerves. She kept on nagging even though I’m not saying anything. One day I have posted a reply on one of her arguments and I said that she didn’t need to say such insulting words. One of other co-workers got irritated and tried to stop the said nagging but she won’t listen even if she is just new. It seems that she doesn’t really know where to come from because she is always nagging on almost of all of us. I have notice that every time she is answering to other post. She has kept insulting other poster. She has posted about this on the company which has been employing us.

The last time I visited the said company, she has posted another topic. Take note, this time is not about me but about the guy who is trying to calm her down. She said that other members are insulting her. I don’t know what to think of her but a nagger. I don’t see why we would like to work with her because she is making us bad on our job by keeping an argument on our jobs. One of the first rules of being paid poster is to stay away from heated arguments and yet she is doing it all the time. As a reply by one of our co-worker, he said that my post has relevance to the topic. He said that he has already saw this one but don’t like to be involve. This is not the person whom she is reporting insulting her but another one of our trusted staff.

I understand why she got an argument with other posters because I kept seeing that she keep on insulting the other poster as well. I think that the other guy is also insulted and this is the reason why he got to the argument. To make it short I would love to give the moral of the story. If you got into an argument on your work place, just keep a cool head and you will see that others might not like how she/he insulted you in the first place. They will come to your rescue if you will just keep your heads down. Have you got an argument like this one? How did you handle this?
